Representative

Job Description

We’re seeking a driven and outgoing sales professional to represent us in the Southwest territory, encompassing Harris County (including the Southwest portion) and designated areas within All Play. You’ll provide exceptional customer service, manage projects from start to finish, and secure new business through strategic initiatives

Responsibilities

Grow sales through prospecting, lead conversion, and product specification for city park and school construction projects.
Build strong, lasting relationships by exceeding customer expectations with exceptional service.
Conduct impactful presentations and effectively communicate product benefits.
Conduct thorough site evaluations, plan projects, and take necessary measurements.
Develop and present winning sales proposals and quotes.
Collaborate with the team to design and layout playground and park areas (training provided).
Learn to read construction site plans (training provided).
Oversee all aspects of construction projects, ensuring smooth execution from start to finish.
Manage assigned accounts and provide ongoing customer support.

Compensation

$75,000-$225,000 annually. Salary based on commission earned. Salary/draw will be provided for 1st year during training period.

Qualifications

Proficiency in common business applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook/Email).
Experience with CRM software a plus.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Professional demeanor and a commitment to honesty and dependability.
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
Public speaking experience.
Experience in account management preferred.
Familiarity with general construction concepts (reading plans, estimating, site planning, etc.) is a big plus, but training can be provided.
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
