The city of Katy in the U.S. state of Texas is located within the Houston–Sugar Land–Baytown metropolitan area. The city is situated partially in the counties of Fort Bend, Waller and Harris. Katy has rapidly become one of the fastest growing suburbs in Houston. It is located just 30 minutes due west of Houston and is popular for its Southern hospitality and Texas charm.

The city is home to several shopping centers like the Village of Katy, which is both a shopping and business center. Another popular shopping center here is the West Grand Promenade. Katy Mills Mall and Forbidden Gardens are two of the most famous and exciting destinations for tourists. In Katy Mills Mall, you can shop for products from hundreds of the best names in the retail world. Besides good shopping, the mall also offers interesting entertainment options.
